Synopsis: Miller “Buck” Butterson has been banging his way through life ever since a puck to the face fixed his messed up front teeth, and he was drafted into the NHL during his first year of college. After five years of deflecting goals on the ice and scoring them with puck bunnies across the Continental US and parts of Canada, Miller is ready for a girlfriend. A real girlfriend of the non-bunny variety. One he takes on dates and doesn’t jump into bed with after five seconds of conversation.
Miller thinks he’s found that woman in his teammate’s sister. Except, unlike Alex Waters, center, team captain and all round nice guy—who happens to be dating his step-sister—Miller’s manwhore reputation is well earned, and not blown out of proportion by the media. Beyond that minor detail, Miller doesn’t know the first thing about having a girlfriend. But he’s determined to make it happen.
What he doesn’t take into account is the amount of time and effort relationships require, or that constantly letting bunnies take selfies with him to post all over social media isn’t going to win him any points in the boyfriend department. Miller learns—not so quickly—that if he wants to make Sunshine “Sunny” Waters fall for him, he going to have to do a whole lot more than show her his stick skills in the bedroom.

The second book will ultimately give you more insight on Buck and Sunny and their love together. I think it was definitely one of the sweetest books that Helena wrote but definitely repetitive when it comes to the storyline. But hey, I encourage you to read this book!
I read PUCKED Over first and I didn't understand how all of these characters came to be but I absolutely loved every moment going back to the beginning and getting to know every single character. But I think Buck and Sunny are absolutely the cutest things when it comes to book couples. Repetitive. But cute. Good job, Helena Hunting.
I forgot who the antagonist is in the story. Well, I didn't forget him, I just can't remember his name but hey, this book found a new way to bring sports and romance together and actually work. Buck was definitely a new kind of character for me. I'm not talking about his alpha male ego and man-whore abilities but I am talking about what makes him, him.
I want to tell you guys about the situation that Buck faces every single day but I don't want to spoil this story. So you're going to have to 1-click this book because I can swear, scout's honor that you will enjoy this new take on romance.
Bunnies drive me insane especially in this book because I gagged. A lot. Thanks Miller. Thanks a lot. For the description and everything. There are some descriptive situations but other than that, I thought this book was really sweet. So with a rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars, I encourage you to read this humorous romance.
Blog you later, awesome book nerds.
