I think that my jaw broke because this book was jaw breaking moment. Damn it. There were so many moments and I think it was because I read the novella after this book that I knew what and who and etc. There were so many twists and turns that my head hurts from trying to keep up with everything.

Out of the series, this was the best one that I have read because there was much love between the characters although much animosity for the secrets kept. In this book, secrets will be kept and be revealed. Hearts will hurt as much as they do mend. 

The antagonists in this particular book were awful but I couldn't help but wonder that the events that had happened in the past were the best thing for her. Of course it didn't go about it the right way because hey, they are the antagonists but it made me wonder and I put myself in her shoes. As angry as I would be, there will always be a lingering effect of the results.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING. Hearts will be crushed and yet you will feel ultimately satisfied through this book and I think that everyone should read this love story because it has a HEA but there is darkness within the pages. 

So I am going to rate this a 4 out of 5 stars. Blog you later, awesome book nerds.

A Shattered Heart is the perfect title and description for the book. However, there were parts to it that had me with question marks floating over my head. So why, you ask? The characters were a strange mix. Cute but strange. I think it was mainly because their personalities were very quirky and as much as they meshed together, they reminded me of two magnets pushing off each other. 

No one and I mean no one should go through what Natalie did but unfortunately, she experienced one of the most tragic things a person could ever. However, the way that it was played within this book was almost like a crazy thriller. A murder-mystery story. Do you know what I am talking about? 

The antagonist is weird as hell and she definitely made me very angry in the process of the book because she had that superior air around her. But I guess that is what made her crazy. 

Natalie will try to run but eventually her past will catch up to her. Will her future and her past connect well, or will they crash and eventually fall apart?

My heart shattered but it was slowly mended back together. I liked every moment, notice I didn't say love because the word is thrown out there way to much and looking back at my reviews, I am sure you cannot miss the word love. 

I encourage people to read this book because your heart will shatter and warm itself all in one book. So I will rate this a good 3.6 out of 5  stars.

ARC: Saving My Heart - Jenn Leigh (Live & Love 2.5)

Noah Grainger was the typical all-American college student. Great friends; star baseball player; studied hard and played harder. The start of his sophomore year, was looking awesome. Until he met Cassie Bradley, the painfully shy girl he just couldn't stay away from. 

Cassie and Noah work through many obstacles in their new relationship, but when her dark past rears it's ugly head, would they survive the fallout?

Be still my heart. I think that I fell in love with this story. 

A dark romance that will end up having your HEA wants and needs. When you read this book, the timeline jumps so you need to paying close attention which I wasn't doing because it was at 10:00pm at night and I was exhausted from the day's work. Too much information? 

Anyways, Cassie reminded me of a mouse. So quiet and frightened by the littlest things and yet, Noah was able to bring her out of her shell. I think it was her damaged parts that made him attracted to her. He never made her feel insecure or worthless. Something that you need a dose of. Especially in this book. 

Saving My Heart has officially burst the damns out and I went into work with puffy eyes.

It fell as quickly as it escalated and it worked out just fine. I wasn't disappointed with the book but I wish I had a chance to get to know the characters, protagonists and antagonists alike. I will go ahead and rate this a 3.7 out of 5 stars.
